I enjoy reading Jennifer Chandler’s blog Esteem Rising because Jennifer is an intelligent and interesting woman close to my age who writes about anything and everything that she feels is relevant or simply wants to talk about. She includes light-hearted to emotionally complex personal musings, business related issues, and perceptive social observations and has written about topics as diverse as sexual predators, a holistic approach to work, Haiti, social media, Transport Canada vs. Terrorism, designer Candice Olson, the Olympics, government pensions for serial killers, human trafficking, Jane Goodall’s Reason For Hope DVD, and her struggle with being a chocoholic and trying to refrain from eating chocolate over Easter.
Life Path, Career Path, Path to Service, Path to Greatness, Path to Peace. So many paths to take, encouraging us to begin the journey with our first step, and we are always rewarded. The reward is in the lesson, the vision, the realization of something greater than our minds could conceive. The paths we choose to follow, impact not only ourselves, but also those closest to us. Some paths impact the world and it is in that spirit that this page is created. ~ Jennifer
I never know what Jennifer’s going to write about but I know that it’s always going to be interesting and thought-provoking and I’m going to get to know her better. I have discovered that Jennifer is a wonderful person to know!
