KINGSTON, ON – September 18, 2008 – Marshall and his green high-tops by Camille Blue Amy tells the story of sweet little Marshall Mouse who lives with his doting parents Mortimer and Mabel and uncles Grant and David. Marshall longs to wear green high-top sneakers just like humans do to protect their feet. With those special shoes, Marshall believes he will be better at his favourite game of baseball.
Uncle Grant warns that mice don’t wear shoes, but then the kindly uncle becomes part of the family plan to make the shoes a birthday surprise for Marshall.
Will the shoes help Marshall improve his game or will his uncle’s words prove true?
Marshall and his green high-tops is Camille Blue Amy’s first children’s book and it is suitable for children of ages 3-6. It is beautifully illustrated by Lorena Pugh whose paintings and prints can be seen at http://www.purebrededitions.com.
